School Performance on Test Report: Performance by Student Table

The Performance by Student table of the School Performance on Test report displays a row of data for each student in your school who completed the given assessment.

To access the Performance by Student table of the School Performance on Test report:

If you're a school-level user, then on the Performance on Tests report, click an assessment name and then click the Performance by Student tab.
If you're a user at the corporation level, go to the Corporation Performance on Test report, click a school name, then click the Performance by Student tab.
Alternatively, if you're a user at the corporation level, then filter the Performance on Tests report by a particular school and click an assessment name, then click the Performance by Student tab.

Table 8 describes the columns in the table. The columns vary depending on the test.

Column	Description
Student	This column includes the following rows: State: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the state who completed the assessment. These aggregates may be delayed depending on your state's policies, and may not be available for all tests. Corporation: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the corporation who completed the assessment. School: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all of the students in the school who completed the assessment. [Student Name]: Displays data for that individual student. To access the Student Performance on Test report for a student, click the student's name.
STN	Student’s unique identifier.
Total	This column may contain the following sub-columns: Score: Student’s score for the whole assessment (or for aggregate groups, the mean average scores). Performance: Student’s performance level for the whole assessment (or for aggregate groups, the performance distribution).
[Reporting Category] (multiple columns)	Displays student performance data for each reporting category. Each column contains sub-columns, which may include the following: Performance: Student’s performance level for the reporting category (or aggregate groups’ performance distributions).
